Demonstrate Fluency in Leading, Managing, and Working Across Lines of Difference and Power
for HR Leaders
This 3-day certification is aimed at HR Leaders increasingly responsible for DEI-related subject matter expertise in their organizations (or those that want to become more competent in these areas). Content is delivered virtually, and includes pre-work and diagnostic assessments, courses, and a follow-up application capstone project that applies the learning to bring change in your own organizational context.
For maximum psychological safety in learning, certifications are available in white-identifying and BIPOC cohorts.
Waiting List Only: DEI Mastery for Managers Certification
This Spring, we are offering 2 beta cohorts of a customized version of our DEI Mastery Certification tailored to the managerial context. To make the most of this training, managers should manage at least three full-time staff members, and have at least a few years of experience in the manager role.
