Becoming a H.E.A.R.T. capable leader takes time and focus - and sometimes the hardest parts of getting started are knowing what to work on and who can be trusted to show you your weaknesses while equipping you with the strength and skills to change. 

 

I am launching Mentoring with Mel in response to coaching and training clients wanting a longer-term way to partner together as they grow in their equity journey. This 12-month program will help leaders develop the foundational skills and practices to support the success of their BIPOC employees, more junior employees, and others at the margins in their organization.

When we know better, we can *do* better. Our group coaching, training, and toolkits aim to bridge the gap between concepts and practice.

HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS

Each month, participants receive a targeted article, monthly training and follow-on workbook about the topic of focus that month. They also have access to a 60-minute Q&A session and the chance to sign up for one of 12 action-coaching slots. All trainings are recorded, and trainings, transcripts, and related workbooks are sent to participants afterward for their continued learning.

Enrollment opens each July and runs July - June each year. Participants are free to cancel at any time and will only be billed for the months they have participated in.

FEE FOR PARTICIPATION

The subsidized fee for self-paid or nonprofit clients is $300 per user/month or $1000 per four-month session to include: 1) H.E.A.R.T. self-assessment and report-out to guide their learning; 2) 4-month learning arc of training content and related resources; 3) 4 individual action-coaching sessions and 4 hours of group Q&A availability ($3,000 value). Organizations with 8 or more participants and/or previous clients are eligible for a customized in-house version of the above upon request. 

The fee for corporate clients is $450 per user/month or $1,600 per four-month arc to include 1) H.E.A.R.T. self-assessment and report-out to guide their learning; 2) 4-month learning arc of training content and related resources; 3) 4 individual action-coaching and 4 hours of group Q&A availability ($4,000 value). Organizations with 8 or more participants and/or previous clients are eligible for a customized in-house version of the above upon request.
