A Comprehensive Program for Developing as a H.E.A.R.T.-Capable Leader

Becoming a H.E.A.R.T. capable leader takes time and focus - and sometimes the hardest parts of getting started are knowing what to work on and who can be trusted to show you your weaknesses while equipping you with the strength and skills to change.

I am launching a two-part comprehensive development program in response to coaching and training clients wanting a longer-term way to partner together as they grow in their equity journey. These programs will help leaders develop the foundational skills and practices to support the success of their BIPOC employees, more junior employees, and others at the margins in their organization.

When we know better, we can *do* better. Our group coaching, training, and toolkits aim to bridge the gap between concepts and practice.

HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS

Each month, participants receive a targeted article, monthly training and follow-on workbook about the topic of focus that month. They also have access to a 60-minute Q&A session each month. All trainings are recorded, and trainings, transcripts, and related workbooks are sent to participants afterward for their continued learning. Participants in the second session also receive our customized assessment and a targeted action coaching session to grow in your specific areas of opportunity.

The Program

Part One: Our H.E.A.R.T. Foundations Track runs from August - November each year.

Part Two: Our "201-level" Leading with H.E.A.R.T. Track runs from February - June.

Participants are free to cancel at any time and will only be billed for the months they have participated in.

FEE FOR PARTICIPATION

The 2021 fee for the H.E.A.R.T. Foundations program is $600 per participant to include 3 trainings and supporting resources and 3 monthly Q&A calls. This program is a pre-requisite for the H.E.A.R.T. 201 Program. A 10% professional discount is available for previous/current client organizations or those that sign up before August 1, 2021.

The 2022 fee for the H.E.A.R.T. 201 - Leading with H.E.A.R.T. program is $1000 per participant to include access to the H.E.A.R.T. self-assessment and diagnostic report, 4 trainings and supporting resources, and a close-out action coaching session with a Breaker28 coach. A 10% professional discount is available for previous/current client organizations or those that sign up before December 1, 2021.
